  • That must have been so hard for him to say 'I'll be back soon' when in reality, he was just about to enlist. You could feel the emotion in his voice when he said ' seeing you soon'.     • I was thinking that too, he seemed to be trying not to get too emotional that he was saying 'See you soon' to us when it was really, 'See you in 18 months' for him.
